NEW recipe alert (and this one is off the charts mouth watering ๐Ÿ˜‹) published and taste tested first on KYB Connected. The KEY INGREDIENT is 1 drop-yes, just 1 drop of wild orange essential oil. I had no idea one drop could make such a huge difference. Magic alchemy happened when I mixed it with organic rose petals. Felt like a love โค๏ธ bomb in my mouth. Iโ€™ve been making and sharing raw dessert recipes for over ten years and Iโ€™ve never tasted anything like this.

Recipe:

  • 1 1/2 c Raw almonds (or try roasted and salted)

  • 2 c Quick organic oats

  • 1/3 c Raw honey

  • 2 TBSP Maple syrup (omit and use agave to preserve true raw status if you care)

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1/2 c Coconut oil (warm to liquify)

  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 c Golden raisins

  • 2 TBSP Organic edible dried rose petals

  • 1/2 c Unsweetened coconut flakes to roll the balls in

  • 1 drop of DoTERRA Wild Essential Oil (or start with dipping a toothpick!)


Try or substitute:

Double the vanilla if you do not have rose petals
Use less or different sweetner. If you use a dry sweetner, you may need more coconut oil
Mix in 1/3 c Gogi berries after you blend



Direction

Blend all ingredients in a Vita-Mix, food processor, or high-speed blender. Be careful to just blend in short bursts and only until combined; don't over-process. You might need to add water or more sweetener!

Form into balls, roll/coat in coconut and serve. If the dough is sticky, chilling it in the refrigerator or flash-chilling it in the freezer helps make it easier to work with. Makes about 30 balls.
