Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
Most of my events include yoga and meditation that is based in "Kundalini Yoga”. It is a blend of Bhakti Yoga (the yogic practice of devotion and chanting), Raja Yoga (the practice of mediation/mental and physical control) and Shakti Yoga, (for the expression of power and energy).
A well-taught Kundalini Yoga class/event leaves you feeling like you’ve gone to therapy, had an awesome workout in the gym, made it to your yoga mat and enjoyed a fun singing session with friends. The purpose of Kundalini Yoga is to provide a modality by which people can achieve their maximum creative potential, free themselves from Karma (the lasting effects of past actions) and realize their life purpose."
Meditative Ways of Seeing Event

TIME: 10am-6pm Price: $325 includes: catered lunch, guided meditation, small group coaching, art practices, gong, tea, parking, art supplies, and a take home practice.I am limiting this class to10 people as this series is taught out of our cozy home studio. I highly encourage early sign up.
Worried about how to take the next step, or what that step is? Like making a career change, writing a book, having a family, creating a body of art, or just need a (new) fresh perspective in life?
What I have found over the years is that while thinking is necessary, it often becomes overthinking, overworking and over-worrying which all causes you and everyone around you to experience stress. People become paralyzed, blocked and don’t know the way out.
“Meditative Ways of Seeing” is a full day workshop that combines deep meditation and art practices you can use to access your intuition as a way of knowing.
The sacred and practical tools we apply in this workshop will:
focus your meditative lens - easily clarify and know what to do and when to do it.
work at home in your daily life.
bring joy and peace into your life.
Please note that we have cats in the space.
