Meditative Ways of Seeing: OCTOBER 12, 2019 | 1- Retreat

Worried about how to take the next step, or what that step is? Like making a career change, writing a book, having a family, creating a body of art, or just need a (new) fresh perspective in life? What I have found over the years is that while thinking is necessary, it often becomes overthinking, overworking and over-worrying which all causes you and everyone around you to experience stress. People become paralyzed, blocked and don’t know the way out.

Take the angst and stress out of making decisions and changes in your life!

“Meditative Ways of Seeing” is a full day workshop that combines deep meditation and art practices you can use to access your intuition as a way of knowing.

The sacred and practical tools we apply in this workshop will:

  • focus your meditative lens- easily clarify and know what to do and when to do it.

  • work at home in your daily life.

  • bring joy and peace into your life.

Over the past 25 years I have helped people get out of their own way, and get into a life where they feel fulfilled, prosperous, and relaxed.

I invite you to join me on October 12, 2019 in my home yoga and creative space located in Brattleboro, VT from 10am-6pm. This intimate workshop is LIMITED to the first 10 people that sign up. $325 includes: catered lunch, guided meditation, small group coaching, art practices, gong, tea, parking, art supplies, and a take home practice.

You fostered leadership in a girl who barely even thought of herself as a follower at the time.

You challenged me to go after what I wanted, and to embrace failing and learning. You were also always there to talk me through family issues, and the nature of love of and forgiveness. I will never forget those conversations, as they have helped me several times over the years. I’m now in charge of my own department at a company where I believe in its mission to help cancer patients live longer with better quality of life. I’m not afraid to assert myself (ok, sometimes I’m still afraid but I do it anyway) in my job or in life. I still use dance as a channel for healing, and it was you who helped me recognize that connection.
